One of the newest opportunities the Foundation is offering for clergy is the Saving Grace financial literacy workshop.
LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas (Aug. 11, 2025)—Registration is now open for the Central Arkansas Methodist Lawyers Conference, a free annual continuing legal education event sponsored by the Methodist Foundation for Arkansas. The day-long conference is set for Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025, at Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church in Little Rock. Remote participation will also be available via Zoom.
Current grant disbursement total for 2025 surpasses $835,000
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (July 15, 2025)—The Grant Administration Committee of the Methodist Foundation for Arkansas (MFA) Board of Directors has awarded a total of 15 grants in their three monthly meetings of the second quarter, bringing total granted funds to $249,029.69 for the calendar quarter and more than $835,000 for the year to date.

(June 26, 2025)—The Methodist Foundation for Arkansas (MFA) last week presented a $30,000 grant to Lydia Patterson Institute (LPI) of El Paso, Texas, and challenged United Methodists in Arkansas to match or exceed that amount of giving to MFA’s LPI Fund, which will be transferred to LPI for student support.
