CONWAY, AR (August 26, 2025) – The Methodist Foundation for Arkansas (MFA) has awarded a $15,000 gift to Conway First United Methodist Church to support the launch of LifeQuest at Conway, a new satellite campus of LifeQuest of Arkansas, the state’s largest educational nonprofit serving older adults.
A pilot estate planning/will-writing program for clergy
Do you have a will? If not, you are not alone. In fact, 76% of adults in the United States do not. There are lots of reasons why people haven’t gotten around to writing their will: cost, time, confusion on where to start, and procrastination. The Methodist Foundation for Arkansas wants to help. We’re offering a new program for clergy in which participants, single or couples, will work with an attorney to create their will.

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas (Aug. 11, 2025)—Registration is now open for the Central Arkansas Methodist Lawyers Conference, a free annual continuing legal education event sponsored by the Methodist Foundation for Arkansas. The day-long conference is set for Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025, at Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church in Little Rock. Remote participation will also be available via Zoom.
Current grant disbursement total for 2025 surpasses $835,000
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (July 15, 2025)—The Grant Administration Committee of the Methodist Foundation for Arkansas (MFA) Board of Directors has awarded a total of 15 grants in their three monthly meetings of the second quarter, bringing total granted funds to $249,029.69 for the calendar quarter and more than $835,000 for the year to date.
