LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas (February 5, 2025) — The Rev. Mackey Yokem, Director of Leadership Ministries for the Methodist Foundation for Arkansas, will serve as host for an Educational Opportunities journey to the Holy Land set for October 13-23, 2025.
Laity will be given priority for this travel experience.
“I’ve guided this journey for both laity and clergy many times, and it’s always so rewarding for me to watch new people experience being in the same places where Jesus walked, taught, preached, healed, and triumphed over death,” Yokem said. “This group of laity will find blessings in the journey as we prepare, when we go, and long after we return to our homes.”
