LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (June 30, 2025)—The Board of Directors of the Methodist Foundation for Arkansas (MFA) has elected seven new members:
- Kathy Conley of Blytheville, Lay Leader of the Arkansas Conference of the United Methodist Church;
- Maurica Dooley of Forrest City, Farmer and Co-Owner of Happy Farms Feed and Farm Supply;
- Beverly Lyn-Cook, Ph.D., of Little Rock, Senior Interdisciplinary Research Biologist in the Division of Biochemical Toxicology, the National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR);
- Stephen Routon of Little Rock, Radiologist with CARTI;
- Megan Rugg of Little Rock, Chief Financial Officer, Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church;
- Jonathan VanHorn of Little Rock, Founder and President of Tooth & Coin;
- Dane Womack of Paragould, Senior Pastor of First United Methodist Church of Paragould.
The new Board members will officially begin their service at a two-day retreat in November, though the new members who sit on the Grant Administration Committee began their service in June at that committee’s regularly scheduled monthly meeting.

Wayne Clark. “I look forward to seeing how they each use their gifts and knowledge to help MFA find ways to carry out its work even more effectively, which will benefit an even broader variety of ministries across the state.”
